Is this a criticism? Everyone always criticizes All Time Low for having a similar sound throughout their career and then they criticize AFI for changing their sound. It's not fair. You're damned if you do, damned if you don't.
I constantly am grateful I found All Time Low because Alex Gaskarth is the reason I started to take singing and guitar seriously, rhythm guitar in particular. ATL is honestly one of the reasons my band exists!
Fuck haters and anti-change activists. I love the sound of this song, and a lot of Dont Panic, SWIR is still my favourite record, but these guys still remain my #1 band, their old awesome hair and Alex bright coloured Gibson SG-X's would be a plus.
Very much agreed! Their music shows how they've grown as a band. They'll always be the goofy, good-hearted Alex, Jack, Rian, and Zack we fell in love with initially, but their music shows their journey from a relatively new band to one of the most famous pop-punk bands on Earth. They're older, they've experienced new things, they have new concerns & emotions, they deal with their struggles in new ways, their lives have different phases. Our boys are growing up & their music shows it & I love it.
Alex addressed this in one of his shows. A girl screamed at them saying that they have changed there music too much. Alex's response was simply "You cant expect someone not to grow up, We are still the same band, but as we get older the band grows with us."
Can you imagine if they let the guys listen to this at 15 and tell them, look guys this is you in 10 years. They'd be blown away. It's amazing how far they've come
I love that this album is called "Don't Panic!" Nothing like a Douglas Adams reference to bright up my day. All Time Low clearly know where their towels are.
+Allison I Actually, there are 4 of each: Reckless and Brave, For Baltimore, Backseat Serenade Somewhere in Neverland-acoustics. Oh, Calamity!, Canals, Me Without You (All I Ever Wanted), A Love Like War-New songs
well these are just the extras i mean the whole dont panic album was amazing to me i think...then again they can do pop rock really well looking at the nothing personal album
