Having depression and anxiety on a high scale, "time to face up to the inevitable" does it for me. But "doing your best while you're dying inside" also strikes hard. But gotta push through that uncomfort and try and be what I can be
I love this song so much and crazy how I found the band throughout a hoodie I found in Hot Topic in middle school and now I’m in college still jamming to the boys and with everything going on with the fandom and etc I wish the band comes back strong
It’s been over a decade and they keep releasing music that absolutely speaks to our souls. I feel as immersed in the lyrics and instrumentals, as heard, as an “adult” on my couch as I did as a kid on the school bus. Love Pale Waves, too!!!

at 00:35 are those lyrics and in the description the line is "I'm terrified I'm losing it from staying at home" I'm confusion. the lyric in the description makes more sense to me.

The fact that this is so relatable is what makes this song so good and special. They really did it, y'all. They came back and they saved the music industry once more and I am so here for it.

It never went away. Radio stations are just bullshit and won’t play anything with real instruments and talent, so this stuff never gets the attention it deserves.

Yeah, it's interesting! A lot of bands start of strong and then kind of peter out. ATL has really, really grown and had some (even greater) breakthrough success in the last few years!
It makes me so happy when someone is able to put what I feel to words. I'm usually not able to do that, but the fact that someone else understands or can at least phrase it makes me feel so much less alone

The amount of catchyness in this song is unbearable. The chorus melody, the guitar, the drums. And the second verse when heather comes in. Everything about this song is so right up my alley. Have been on repeat and stuck in my head since i first heard it!
