@@Law10205No, it’s literally a Saiyan related form that was tied to a PU. If a human has PU they still would never be able to transform into beast.

Yeah, you must first collect all Dragonballs, then wish for " I want to become a Super Saiyan God". Next, max out Friendship of all five inspectors: Goku, Vegeta, Gotanks, Pan, Gohan & Vidal. Then talk to Beerus.

We might get SSJ4 sooner in a near future
