Because in part 1, she's actually a offensive medic, her raw strength is only a part of her ability, she got other techniques that she uses aswell Now she's just a brute with the ability to heal and be immortal

Storm gave her a punch in 4 damn games. NOT once they upgraded it. Ultimate Ninja was much better.

They use to put so much more effort into the games and Jutsus. The older games are amazing for story and jutsu but the new ones are good for graphics but to be fair they did the best with what they had cause at the time these where amazing graphics

Really wish they had kept her Storm 1 moveset in all the Storm games. She was so much faster and her combos actually showed off her strength somewhat, as well as her ultimate. I love her and she used to be a main of mine but they slowed her down and made her combos so much worse.

The new games are just pathetic , and they use some kind of monologue during the Jutsu and not once but for ALL OF THE NEW series , how Naruto become the state that it is now.
