The first line is what you hear when you use the super or the enemy uses the super The second line is only heard by your teammates when you use the super The only way to hear it is having said champion with said skin as an ally on your team
It angers me to my very core how all but one skin for Mal'damba, and not the default, pronounces wekono correctly. No, it's not Wekona. I checked many many many many times. Only the Chancellor can read apparently. Also the grammar on his ultimate description is wack. It says the snake spirit is fearing enemies. That sounds utterly useless. It doesn't fear the enemies, it inflicts fear on the enemies. Unless our snake bites, then it's not very useful for it to fear our enemies.
