once you get the skill that gets rid of the limit on symbiote yank, you can really just take on an entire group of enemies in one go and it looks incredible
@@HaTTStud idk I kinda didn't like that in wos, especially since a load of the symbiote suit abilities were ones you already unlocked for the red suit, I prefer just upgrading the symbiote abilities, I just wish the game had more
@@thekidwhodoesnothing7512 no, after you complete the main story regardless of what suit you are wearing, all of your parries and symbiote abilities are locked on the Anti-Venom symbiote unfortunately
My problem with this game (SPOILER ALERT) is that once Peter become Anti-Venom. Every symbiote powers turn white post ending gameplay. Even when you have the black or symbiote suit equipped. The symbiote powers are white. Insomniac needs to give us a choice between white and black. Cause it looks so weird without the black.
@jimwellpogi Its really weird. Black, symbiote, and classic black (including the white variant) all give you black webs, but not the black webbed suit. All these and the anti venom suit give you tendrils for traversal abilities, but they're always white. It seems broken.
Yeah right? Its just so annoying, even with the symbiote suit you have the anti-venom powers, or even the fact that when you deflect a hit it only use the anti-venom's power and you cannot choose normal venom or mechanical arms, hopefully insomniac will fix that
Also I didn’t see any black suit finishers in the game, they showed some in the gameplay demo, but in the game I only saw the robo arms, is this a bug or did they remove the venom finishers?
Question, so do your abilities pretty much stay on timeout once you use them or is there a way to recharge them faster like through building up combos or anything?
A fully upgraded Symbiote Surge fills quickly, lasts longer, instantly refills your abilities after it ends and thus asks you to use them more, and generally is just fun to use. You can also upgrade the gain rate from one of the skills in the "Both" Skill Tree, to further increase how fast Symbiote Surge develops.
When you’re not in combat and just web slinging, are the symbiote attacks able to be activated? It doesn’t seem so… I’m curious to see the outcome of activating symbiote strike while high up in the air.
less disappointed because not every spiderman has its own power suit. compared to spiderman 2018, all spiderman suits have their own power. hopefully the spiderman2 insomniac game will come and make each spiderman power suit, even if there is a fee, i will buy it.

Prototype does the tendril moveset way better than this game and it’s actually sad insomniac could’ve taken so much inspiration from shattered dimensions and wos also prototype but they went for the most safest route and we only have 4 abilities to feel like the symbiote it’s so unacceptable I can’t belive insomniac fanboys accept this shit even for insomniac standards this is horrendous
I have somewhat good ideas for upgraded versions for the abilities mainly venom/anti venom yank I don’t know why but I really like this one and my idea is kinda simple you swing them left and right to any walls and ending with the original slam if they ever decide to go down that route
I did the math and a symbiote punch is the equivalent of getting hit by a dodge challenger going at at least 90mph. Spider-Man did kill some people wearing that thing.
Still believe web of shadows might be the only game Where developers knew how to showcase the symbiotic suit abilities to the it’s absolute best potential Till this day none of the spider man games are able to match the combat of WoS …not even spider man 2
As of right now you can’t but there will be a new game plus update. In the update you’ll be able to change the color of tendrils when you make a game new game plus
Don't get me wrong i do love the symbiote abilites; but, i really do wish that they can change out symbiote strike like they did for the anti venom abilites. And just swap out with a new one that's more beneficial. For example, the symbiote suit boss fight, when peter used his symbiote punch but with the teeth i'd rather have than symbiote strike for area damage as they did with venom's grip ability to grab an enemy and just use them for like a weapon or so. Regardless of my complaint, my main request is that they can allow us to have more symbiote abilites for a dlc.

I want the mcu spider man 4 or 5 or 6 movie or the amazing Spiderman 3 movie to do something similar to Spiderman 2 ps5 when kravin the hunter and the hunters comes to new year and track down Spiderman slash venom first peter will have the black symbeot to beat the shit out of the hunters and stop crimes as well and then Eddie or Harry will be next to take it and then kravin and the hunters go after venom. The Symbiote Surge is by Far the worse rage mode i have ever seen compared to past entries it's literally automatic finshers with about 4 animations that repeat compared to spdier man 3 and shattered dimensions it fells pretty short
