SPOILERS OBVIOUSLY. Intro and outro cutscenes are taken from all 4 class quests since the Republic and Empire get different guides and they both have 4 choices to make. I went with the class that I felt made the most sense in each choice, though in the very first choice, all classes get unique dialogue.
After that, I put them as best I could in sequential order from when the visions were fulfilled. Rogan the Butcher was on Tatooine before the Smuggler started Corellia, and while he does imply that Corellia is already taken, it'd be hard to argue Smuggler Corellia starting after Consular's Corellia is already finished. Consular comes next because they talked to the former Chancellor on their way in and arrived with the Imperial invasion force, making them concurrent with the Imperial missions there. Their vision is fulfilled at the start of the invasion. Bounty Hunter is next because they don't even leave the system after finishing Corellia, paying the Supreme Chancellor a visit.
Then came the Star Cabal because it mentions Corellia still being heated and the power plays involved in the Sith stories. I believe it mentions Tol Braga and the First Son are already defeated. After this, I placed the Trooper since they defeat Rakton while still on Corellia so it'd unlikely the Sith finales on Korriban had taken place yet. After this, Darth Baras dies first because Darth Thanaton is still alive when the Wrath challenges him. Darth Thanaton is next, and the Emperor is last for what I hope are obvious reasons.
After all that, I placed the visions once they were actually fulfilled in the same order, and then I showed them again with the original vision on Voss layered over top as closely as possible. Then the 2 outros played, including the 4th dialogue choice made by the Bounty Hunter and Smuggler in that order. I played the Empire first because Imperial missions are almost always first chronologically, except for Taris obviously because it's flipped with Balmorra.
