Most of the wood processed could have been used as firewood. That is one product that has more value than mulch or chip board (blandex).

Maybe made into cubes or pellets to burn for making electricity I think Germany does that

Their biggest waste is unnecessary labour. Painfully slow mill and then having to move the flitches and edging material to another part of the yard to load it manually.

Don’t waste your scraps. There are woodworkers in the US who have no scraps.

Where are the peeled logs which are pointed to make fenceposts coming from? I'd have liked to seen that! This video was long repetitive and a waste of time. I presume all those thin logs being chipped would be from plantation thinning.
