Today we are in Cayo Coco, Cuba at an all inclusive resort called Melia Cayo Coco. My wife and I stayed here back it November 2021 and wanted to share some of our food experiences. This morning I wanted to share the all you can eat breakfast buffet just off the main lobby. I had an omelette with mushrooms and cheese, then french toast, pancakes and bacon plus an awesome cuban coffee.
