The only thing I don't like about buffet is so many hands touched the serving spoons and tongs, people lick their fingers, cough in their semi closed fist, they touch all different parts of their bodies. I pick up a plate with spoon and fork and use them to pick the food I want. Every time I go back new plate, spoon and fork.
