What I also love about Chen is he is very down to earth and humble. Even though he is a famous and a very experienced food blogger, he does not hesitate to ask questions whenever needed. Truly a very remarkable person.
I love this guy's appetite! Dude you explain the food like no other I can actually visualize how each item tastes and now you got me craving seafood and dim sum! I am violently, dangerously allergic to shellfish...like, I couldn't even go into the restaurant...but somehow I always end up watching Mike feasting on these deadly foods & omg, it's pretty much the only time that a couple of Epipens & an ambulance & maybe doom seem totally worth it. The food at that last restaurant was some of the nicest I have ever seen. Just the presentation was amazing. The turnip thingy was beautiful. I’ve seen about 25 of your videos, and this was the first time I wished I had your job, going all over the world, trying all that seafood at your first buffer today, etc. thanks Mike and fellow workers. I always feel so good watching you eat! You eat so well and so happily, I'm glad to see that your honest about the things you don't particularly enjoy too. These places look amazing and I probably wouldn't have thought about visiting them because usually expensive fancy places are disappointing but you've definitely changed my mind!

I feel you. I should have went to school when I had the chance... now I have a house and a little lady. Don't get me wrong I'm so thankful for all I have but iv always been really into acting/voice acting, travel, and trying new things but now my responsibilities give me almost no chance of opportunity to reach for anything. If the world is still yours take every chance to climb it to the mountain of your dreams.
When I was living in Taiwan people would always down the food there back home . I would tell them, there are a lot of good places to eat at in Taiwan. Don't knock it till you try it. I never tried these two places you went to, which means there's still more places with good food to eat at.
That lighting issue? It's called 'atmospherics'. A lot of places lower their lighting, to make it a nicer place to spend time. It adds to the experience. I'm sure your bright lights won't have spoiled that for any other diners!! Still, this was a fun video to watch. Man, do I want lobster. RIGHT NOW!!
