Mike.......you should try out Melben Restaurant.....for their delicious butter , chilli and salted egg crab too!! I think Spore hawker food are more delicious... especially their chicken rice and hokkien prawn noodles!!
I used to be able to eat shellfish, but as I got older, apparently I found out I developed an allergy to shellfish.😢But watching you eat almost makes up for my missing eating shellfish.😢

in australia the crawfish are called yabbies, or fresh water crayfish. they grow VERY large in tasmania, much bigger than this - the size of a maine lobster or bigger 3kg+ ....Australia has the best seafood in the world it is a shame 99% of it goes to china and japan
I have a Seafood and Shellfish allergies. How far away is the hospital? I have 2 EpiPen's they should keep me breathing for 15 mins each. 🫣 Otherwise I think I can eat $100 worth of desserts. (All gone none for you)
I was rather excited when I saw this video. But this buffet was only available in August 2022. And it cost $158++. Which is about SGD 186 per person. This is very expensive, even by Singapore standards. I have never been to this place, but I think I should. Unfortunately the best discount I can get at the moment is only about 20%.
Just went to try it last Sunday 28- Aug-2022. Saddly, I did not enjoy it. It did not worth the price, nearly S$200 per person with tax. The cold lobster and crab legs tasted awful as the meat was very salty, it was like biting into sponge that was soaked with sea water. The other cooked seafood was a disappointment as well for me as well as it was not fresh. However the local dishes was pretty good even the dim sum. Will not be back, over priced and over rated.
200sgd 😒, better buy fish sandwich in 7/11 it will taste better than this or better lol, buy crab and prawn lol and cook at home with that amount 🤭🤣🤦🏼♂️
Singaporeans have to understand your food standard is just tooo high compared to Americans..so for you guys it’s not value for money but for Mikey and all of us Americans we are used to reboiled lobster chunks with lemon and no variety and disgusting Vegas standard buffet..so for us this is Amazing!! For us Nordic Lodge with it’s one style of lobster is amazing…smh it’s pathetic
I hate buffets especilly expensive ones which really require you to eat like a pig to get your moneys worth. Just a nice meal well presented in nice surroundings should fit the bill. If you haven't gone to a really nice restaurant, you will notice that there is not that much food! Really but its superb and is artistically presented. And of course any number of courses and no bread and butter basket. LOL So wise up and cut out these terrible buffets. OK Once in a while. Thankfully the cruise industry has eliminated the midnight buffets which were de riguer years ago.
Dang this looks so legit, and Mike is taking his seafood consumption to heroic levels. That juicy crawfish, all that lobster.. and I would head to Singapore just for the sauces and seasonings. I keep seeing so much chili and garlic in these latest episodes 🥲
Mike is one of the only guys I don't worry about when I see someone eating the carbs at a buffet. I know that even though he's eating things like noodles, he's got plenty of room for more seafood.
The "yellow stuff" in crabs and the "green stuff" in lobsters are definitely the best part. If I'm with a group, I will trade my meat for bodies and just pig out on the innards.
How do you leave food sitting too long? I understand you're trying to shoot the food and get good pictures and record. But, it's a buffet isn't it? Can't you just get the dish when you plan to try it? Not a criticism, just an observation.
Its a bit strange that some people disapprove of cheese on lobster when they would be perfectly happy to dip it in butter, which essentially consists of the same ingredients i.e Milk and salt.
Lobster Thermador is my husbands favorite way to have lobster. This buffet is amazing! Everything is just beautiful and makes me so hungry! You are a lucky guy!
Singapore was the hottest country I’ve ever been. It’s basically just crosswalks with shopping malls strictly for the air conditioning. Even the residents complained. Damn I couldn’t stop sweating.

However, though I have just finished dinner of French bread with Truffle Pate w Brie & Mussels in red wine butter garlic sauce (not bad if I do most humbly bragg...This has to be the most mouthwatering seafood dinner video you have ever made. 👍 Best
