Try these ocean sounds for deep sleeping tonight. The dark screen will not disturb your sleep and the waves will create a peaceful relaxing atmosphere. Play this video on a large TV and switch off the light. You will find yourself on a beach with calming natural sounds of the Atlantic ocean in southern Portugal. This video was recorded in Algarve region, near a small town of Lagos.

My son is 6 and he’s autistic, he sleeps every night to this particular video and sound. He grew up on the coast, by the ocean and we moved away 2 and half years ago. Learning how to *properly* supplement B1 (thiamine) helped me to sleep at night again (pineal gland I think), after ten years of fighting a sleep schedule that wanted go upside down, over and over. The thiamine (and its needed friends) cut my constant hot flashes down to 3 per day and they are less intense (hypothalamus. Thiamine deficiency is really tough on certain areas of the thalamus.). It also resolved the issue of CoViD brain: I am back to pre-CoviD brain energy. My neighbor woke me tonight. Thin walls, loud mouth. Low thiamine does not always mean alcoholism or a deficient diet. Certain enzymes may shut down, and actually this is normal, they are supposed to be able to be signaled to come on and off. But something may make them unable to re-engage again. If its not a simple deficiency, some may need megadoses of thiamine to flood the enzymes to get them activated. That will be needed for life, is my understanding but thiamine is a linchpin for mitochondrial energy and mitochondrial energy is health and life. Book by Dr. Londale and Chandler Marrs PHD. This is not a matter of popping one pill. You have to learn A LOT! Do things in order. Also there is a mitochondrial nutrients group I joined that was a huge help to me. And there are blogs at Hormones Matter, some of them written by Dr. Derrick Lonsdale. Viruses (and those certain shots) can put a hit on your thiamine. Lots of things can. Oh, and EO Nutrition on RU-vid is great Elliot taught me so much. Important details. There and on Facebook. You dont want to screw it up. And you can.

Too people reading this - Please know that what ever you have going on related to work,business or even struggles with anything does not matter right now, the only thing that does is you and you relaxing. Please take 3 big deep breathes and just listen to the smooth calm and relaxing waves 🌊 crash going up the shore. You are very important and I want you to know that, you come first and trust anything you are going through that is very worrisome or high anxiety, just forget about it and trust me that it will be fine 100%. You have to remember everything is suppose to happen for a reason and you can’t let yourself forget that. That is one of the best lines of advice I have been given, everything is meant to be. Wave sounds are genuinely calming. Its as if I could almost feel the late night breeze of the beach. Maybe it won't make my exhausted mind shut up, but at least I have a peaceful background noise playing to accompany me. Thanks to everyone who make content like this.

31 years ago while stayin' in a private beach house along the Atlantic coast of Barbados...literally a stone's throw from the ocean and beach...I drifted off to sleep with this exact sound comin' through the open door and windows. It was one of the finest, most peaceful sleeps I had in my life. This video takes me back to my youth.

The video reminds me of the night I first saw bioluminescent plankton at Kill Devil Hills OBX. The “whitecaps” would glow with a blue/white soft light. If you would drag your toe in the sand it would leave a glowing trail for a few seconds. It was absolutely beautiful.

I’m a nurse and I work night shift at a psychiatric hospital. This video plays for hours a night on our unit! It’s so soothing and everyone loves it! At any given time of day there is about a 50% chance that this video is being viewed at the hospital.

Reminds me of when I went to my aunts beach house. When you were falling asleep the windows were open. The waves could be heard from where we were and I loved it so much. It helped me fall asleep every night
