Hi Eshita! This was a very detailed video and it cleared most of my doubts so thanks a lot for that. However, I have a query about formal wear, shoes to be specific. I have flat feet so my feet don't fit in or look flattering in most of the formal shoes designed for women, especially the ones that are pointed at the front. Can I wear formal shoes that are made for men instead and are rounded at the front?? Thanks in advance!!
Yeah sure....there are no such restrictions..only sports shoes are not allowed ...rest u can wear any formal or semi formal shoes...and yes u can wear the round ones too😊
mam I have been registered for orientation course but after the registration i received my bcom exams date sheet which conduct during my oc training i have already sent 2-3 mails to my respective branch but still i have not received any confirmation form their side so what i do next please reply 🙏🙏
Don't worry ...u will get the confirmation status soon...and even if u don't get the confirmation status...it's not a problem..when u go for your batch on 22nd November ..u can visit the branch office and ask them to confirm ... U can also mail the documents again around 18-20 nov if u want
Dii i give Nov 23 attempt but i am 99% sure i am not going to clear it,so i need to appear in May 24 attempt,so the question is can i do my ITT OC now or i supposed to clear my intermediate
U can definitely do ITT and OC now...but u want to prepare for may 24 from nov itself then I would suggest that u should take the training after may 24 attempt as u will let go your 30 days now ...when u can spend them in preparing for may 24
Thank you ma'am. Ma'am I have just appeared for CA intermediate both groups in nov 2023 . I'm from Delhi, I haven't registered before examination, now no sheets available in my nearest locality. So should I wait for other batches or should do nearest to Delhi
If u want to complete your training before results...u can go for nearest cities batches..otherwise u can wait for the batches...it's just u have to complete the training before articleship
Mail again on the email I'd mentioned on the acknowledgement fir safer side ..and then relax..they even confirm some on the day of start of batch...so just make sure u have mailed the docs..rest all is at branch level...u can attend the batch even without the confirmation from their side...on the first day

@@arpitaagarwal6038 pls go to Icaionlineregistration site and login..then on the top left corner click on the arrow and select get acknowledgement..there u will get your acknowledgment from print acknowledgement option....mail the docs as per the instructions there...and don't worry once you mail the docs it's not your headache...the batch status will show...awaiting approval...but it will change to confirmed before the day your batch starts or on the first day of the batch ask the branch to confirm the same...after mailing your docs u can book your tickets no worries

Leave it blank I suppose... otherwise there would be an option of inter reg date..u should put that...but make sure that u put it only if there's an option
Everything will be explained to y by the respective teacher... however..in my batch a student brought his laptop and everyone mailed their PPT to him..and that laptop was connected to the projector .. Students majorly used English as it was asked to present in English

Don't worry...email your documents once again on the email id given in the acknowledgement...and still if it's not confirmed..it will be on the institute part..and u don't need to worry about anything...u can start the batch even without the confirmation if u have sent the docs

If u want to start studying for grp 2 then u should do that.. because even after giving grp 2 u willl haave two months result waiting time and u can do ur IT OC then...now I would say u can enroll but u should use this time in studying
When to do it and oc course? According to you which is the best time to start after clearing group 1 or after clearing both the groups and during the gap between results?
Best tym is when u have given your exams and awaiting results... however if after giving grp 1 u want to give grp 2 and start preparing for that ...then u should do the training after giving grp 2
U can continue the training...there's no such restriction...however if u have not yet started the training but have registered for the batch ..u can either go for training..or cancel the batch ..u will be given a pou no. which u can use to register yourself next attempt or in any other batch without paying the fees again
IF We Do ICITSS training after exams for both grp btwn results And complete course OF ICITSS and then result of Inter was fail then again we have to do ICITSS..
Do we have to register for itt and oc training separately? They both are separately 15 -15 days batch i guess? so why you told about only 15 days training....orr does only oc training requires formal and can we be informal in itt training?
Yes they are separate trainings...15 day each..and u have to register for separate batches...both trainings have their rules in common and thus I made a common video for it..both requires formal dressing...and all the tips that I shared....
All the seats in IT training have been occupied in my city of the two batches announced by ICAI. According to you do they issue a new schedule for the same as many of my friends have not yet registered?
Ma'am is ITT and OC training the same? And, I could also see options like Advanced IT or MCS like that..Is it for Inter students? Or should I only see General IT and OC batch
For CA. Intermediate there are two trainings: IT ( which teaches about computer skills ) and OC ( which teaches about communication and office skills) For CA. Final there are two trainings: MCS and Adv ITT

Hi Ishita, is it worthy to take the itt oc trainings from a metro city or a small town would work well? because here the reviews are that the trainings are mere formalities in small towns, please guide.
I would suggest you to go for a good city...for eg I did my training from Jaipur which has the highest number of CA.s in India..so our branch was very active...and had some of the best faculties... So doing articleship from a good place helps u find people in your batch who forms a good network as well as the faculties are more serious in teaching..

U will receive a mail by icai branch or u can visit icaionlineregistration site and after logging in..on the top left corner click on get acknowledgement..and then mail the req docs on the mail mentioned in acknowledgement

If u have done the batch cancellation..then I dont think so u need to worry... however if that is urgent...u should either call the branch and ask them to ensure the cancellation....or once visit the branch for the same ...
I am giving my grp 2 exams in sep and I am thinking of taking it oc training after the exams and for that I have to go to another city like I am from bokaro Jharkhand so where should I consider...and when should I apply for it

just go to the icai online registration site...log in...click on top left corner ...click on Generate acknowledgement and then print acknowledgement and submit the resp documents via mail ..to the mail id mentioned in the acknowledgement
Hii di.... I also registered for oc in jaipur brach and there is email in acknowledgement letter which is in capital letters but when when I sent email there is suggestion email which is in small letters, it is correct or not? Because my batch start from 1st August and there is no approval from branch
@@khushboomaheshwari5856 yeah it doesn't matter caps or small letter ...if the spelling is right it's done...your approval will be done otherwise u can get it done on the first day of your batch

The batch is confirmed...u will get the approval before the batch starts. .. otherwise contact the branch on the first day of your batch when u go.... No need to worry
Ideally u shouldn't take any leave if it is not very urgent .. however If I really have to take a leave then you will to inform the branch as u will be needing to attend the days u missed in a future batch ...or just in case u request the branch..they might allow you to take leave without any future attendance obligation

@@Khushi_yadav2003 send the docs once again for the safer side...then on the first day of your batch...ask the branch to change your status to confirm in case it still shows waiting for approval... U just have to mail the docs ...even if the batch doesn't show confirmed ...u can attend the batch

If u haven't recieved the mail yet... kindly check on icai online registration site..after logging in..on the top left corner u will find an arrow...it will expand .and u will get an option of get acknowledgement..click on that...and then you will see your acknowledgment...then mail the docs as per instructions in the acknowledgement

U should check the icaionlineregistration site daily to know about when a batch is out...for more specific solution...u should visit / call branch to adjust you in any vacant seat in full batches...or inform u about future batch
No there's no problem...Except the fact that when u apply for articleship after results...firms are likely to ask for your it oc completion certificate...so it helps if u have done it beforehand..otherwise... usually u get one month before firms actually start answering the CVs..so u can even do the training after the results...it's upto you

In some special cases leaves are allowed u can talk to the branch before a few days so that they consider it... Also there might be a possibility that they ask u to do that respective day class in some other batch later... So in short yes it's manageable but inform the branch beforehand
Kindly go on the icaionlineregisteration site.. And after logging on.. On the top left corner click on the print acknowledgement option... Then view your acknowledgement... If u have received it there.. Then even if u have not recvd the mail.. It's not a problem
Kindly follow the given steps 1.Go to the site icaionlineregistration.com 2.Login 3.Click on the top left corner of the screen 4. From the options , click on Generate / Print acknowledgement 5. U would then be directed to the window where u will be able to see your batches and in front of them u can see the option of generate acknowledgement, click on that amd print it out 6. Submit the documents via mail that are mentioned in the acknowledgement Sometimes there's issue in confirmation mail so u have to generate it through the steps mentioned above... Hey Eshita I've registered for my IT training and now I've to submit the required documents to the mentioned mail, but I'm bit unclear about exactly what documents I need to attach.
The requirements must be mentioned in the mail itself... However some imp documents are : 1. Your I'd proof ( eg Aadhar or student id card from ssp portal ) 2. Registration Certificate / Letter of intimation ( which u can find on the ssp portal ) 3. Acknowledgement ( which u must have recvd through the mail )
@@TheCA.Junction hey if it is a physical batch do i have to submit those to POU physically . Really short on time to understand this the nov 23 will be over on 18 and the oc batch starts on 20th and i have to move from my place after i enroll When am i supposed to submit those

If u r registering for the first time all the documents shall be sent via mail through which u must have recieved your confirmation of the oc batch However if u already have a POU no. Register for the preferred batch but the only difference will be that on the payment window u will have to write your POU no and then u don't have to make any payment for the batch

1. Go to portal and reg as a student 2. Open the portal again and login through I'd password obtained by following step 1 3. Reg for a batch and u will recieve an acknowledgement mail ...or if not received u can go to icai online registration site and login then on top left corner click on a arrow type icon...there u will find acknowledgement option..click on that then go to print acknowledgement and u will get it there 4.Once acknowledgement is received..send the docs via mail as per the docs required mentioned in the acknowledgement on the mail id mentioned in the acknowledgement itself
Whether they will ask the required acknowledgement related matters through mail are we will have to voluntarily upload it... we have to create password right or followed by the first step they will provide it..mam

@@aritradeb8333 U can do any training..it doesn't matter because both are very diff...but I would prefer u do oc first..so that after giving your group 2 if u do IT...u will remember the computer training which will help u in your articleship
I m facing payment issues for IT course .... Unable to get OTP on my phone even though internet banking is ON . I can see di u reply to nearly everyone. Please provide some solution 🙏
Try using some other payment method like credit card...or u can also use some other bank acc ...because this is the portal problem...some of my frnds faced the same..and payed through some other payment method
No other options are showing on portal 🤧 only federal bank is the option and after I selected federal bank and clicked on proceed to pay screen is getting strucked and it's showing only text written - Cards (not asking about whether to select debit Card or credit card) and after I clicked on Cards I entered debit card details and proceeded to pay but unable to get OTP
