Thank you very much for the great presentation! My questions are: where do you put the tip of the catheter and what is the suggested rate according to different numbers of the fractured ribs? How does the location of the fractures influence your decision of the injection site and direction of the needle / catheter?
como siempre excelente y muy claro , que diferencia hay si ponemos solo el mencionado BRILMA o si abordamos ademas de el serrano anterior el latisma dorsal, en su experiencia o en lo descrito que volumen usa en cada infiltración ?? ( serrano anterior y latisma dorsal) muchas gracias .
EDSON ANHUAR MERCADO CASTELLANOS son dos técnicas distintas. El bloqueo anterior del Serrato y el bloqueo profundo. Eliges una u otra. El BRILMA es una pequeña variación del bloqueo del plano profundo
