ALLAH LOVES THE PERSON WHO PRAYS LIKE THIS 

I have far ways to go in khushu but some things that help me, I am a non arabic speaker but i have learned the whole translation in English so when i am saying the arabic. iknow what i am saying to my Rabb and when you are saying those know who you are saying it to, get to know Allah by getting to know his creation and PONDERING over it, i imagine looking the inside of my skin the amount of veins and blood and muscles etc and i imagine SubhanAllah i am talking to my creator who gave me all that, i love thinking about Space and our place in it how tiny we are, i love learning about Space and Oceans and Trees and Animals and Human bilology, that's how i think of Allah by thinking of the greatness of his creation and then thinking how for Allah this creation is EASY, i imagine how high my lord is above all this and alhumdulilah it puts me into place, i also take my time doing my Salah and i spend much time in sajda doing dua. It helsp with my khushu and of course i pray for increase in khushu in my sajdas during my prayer, and inshaAllah may Allah increase my khushu and teach me more ways to get engulfed in my Salah, ameen.

Allah loves the person who prays WITH KHUSHU in their salah. Khush starts even before the prayer. 1) Wudhu is preparing us physically and mentally to meet allah with khusu 2) also by wearing best of clothes 3) and by knowing that salah is two way communication and allah answers u for every single verse u r reciting in ur Salah. Khushu is ..u become paraylsed and forgetting the surroundings while doing that..example: watching tv/phone. That is what the level of salah we should strive for. May Allah give us the guidance for all to pray with kushu in our salah.

Alhamdullilah ❤ this video is so amazing in my recent prayers I had lost my concentration due to anxieties, overthinking etc. I’ve been beseeching Allah to assist me with concentration and feel the connection that I used to feel previously, (which I miss dearly) help me feel the tranquility and Khushu in my every prayer in my sujood! I prayered Tahajjud and made same dua over and over again. Than this morning after Tahajjud and Fajr prays I came across this video, how amazing! it made me cry Allah heard my Dua’s Alhamdullilah. This video is beautiful JhazakAllah khair. Allahuakbar ❤

Someone asked a man one time: how do you pray? and the man answered: when I pray, I put Allah in front of me and I put heaven to my right and held to my left and the angel of death behind me waiting to take my soul and serenity coming down on top of me and that I am protected from below.

I pray but i have so much problems with concentration and khushu. I overthink about.my life I have many problems and I worry much 😢 sometimes I say to myself why do I pray when I don't even have khushu

The Prophet ﷺ said If one of you finishes from the last Tashahud, Then he should seek refuge with Allah from four things: he says: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ، مِنْ عَذَابِ القَبْر، وَمِنْ عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ، وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ، وَمِنْ شَرِّ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسيحِ الدَّجَّالِ Allaahumma ‘innee a’oothu bika, min ‘adhaabil-qabr, wa min ‘adhaabi Jahannam, wa min fitnatil-Mahyaa wal Mamaat, wa min sharri Fitnatil-Maseehid-Dajjal O Allah, I take refuge in You, From the punishment of the grave, And from the torment of the Fire, And from the trials and tribulations of life and death, And from the evil affliction of Al-Maseeh Ad-Dajjal (Sahih Al Bukhari )

Shaddad ibn Aws narrates that the Prophet ﷺ said; "The most superior way of asking for forgiveness from Allah is to say the following dua. If somebody recites it during the day with firm faith in it, and dies on the same day before the evening, he will be from the people of Paradise; And if somebody recites it at night with firm faith in it, and dies before the morning, he will be from the people of Paradise.” اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي لا إِلَهَ إِلا أَنْتَ خَلَقْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَبْدُك وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَيَّ وَأَبُوءُ لَكَ بِذَنْبِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي فَإِنَّهُ لا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلا أَنْتَ Allahumma anta Rabbi la ilaha illa Anta Khalaqtani wa ana abduka, wa ana ‘ala ahdika wa wa’dika mastata’tu, A’udhu bika min Sharri ma sana’tu, abu’u Laka bini’matika ‘alaiya, wa Abu’u Laka bidhanbi faghfirli fainnahu la yaghfiru adhdhunuba illa anta O Allah! You are my Lord! None has the right to be worshipped but You. You created me and I am Your slave, And I am faithful to my covenant and my promise as much as I can. I seek refuge with You from all the evil I have done. I acknowledge before You all the blessings You have bestowed upon me, And I confess to You all my sins. So I entreat You to forgive my sins, for nobody can forgive sins except You. (Sahih Al-Bukhari )

For someone who has to battle against the long-term effects from was-was, I'm struggling to pray with good quality praying. I try what I can but my mind, the triggers, the sensitivity, and the emotions affected by the difficulty, it's like a fear of thinking bad and a fear of messing up. Sometimes it's easy sometimes it's not. I don't want it to be like this but I have to accept it, and it's tough. I want to go to makkah as well but I'm scared because of this problem that I have. Initially, it's from syaitan but I didn't know about it that much because I was very young when I first got it. I didn't know what to do and what it was, I was scared I would become a kafir for thinking things I wasn't supposed to think. It scared me and for a long time going through this, the long-term effect stays with me somehow and it's challenging to get rid of it. I envy those who can pray with ease and khusyuk, you can pray more than me, you can pray the sunnah prayers better, you can read the quran peacefully, you can have a beautiful relationship with Allah unlike me. Been studying about this problem, I know i have to ignore it, but it's not easy. A person who goes through anxiety or trauma for years still have scars within them. I really hope this will go away. Writing this probably doesn't give any benefit to me, but it's anonymous so I think it's ok. If you are like me, you're not alone. I've been going through this for 12 years ± I used to be worried if I can be someone who enters the paradise of Allah Ar-Rahman. I want to, but this condition is so challenging. I hope Allah gives me His mercy and forgives me in the hereafter. I want to be a good person and a good slave of Allah swt.
