Allen Brain Observatory: Two-Photon Dataset | Tutorial 

The Allen Brain Observatory provides a highly standardized survey of cellular-level activity in the mouse visual system. Researchers can investigate how circuits in the mouse brain coordinate while the mouse performs visual tasks, taking in and processing a wide range of visual stimuli. The Observatory reports 2-photon calcium imaging and dense electrophysiological recordings from the visual cortex of awake mice. To access the data, install the AllenSDK in your Python environment. The AllenSDK is a Python package that facilitates downloading and manipulating Allen Institute data sets.
