To be honest it's not hard to do. You have to spend countless time in the gym 🏋️‍♂️. Practice constantly like there's no tomorrow and work on every part of your game. You won't notice how much better you got until you get on the court and play. Practice is harder than the games. And you'd notice how much better you when comparing yourself to the other players that do, or don't, have that same mentality. I used to go out and Practice an hour before my friends would come to the court. They saw the results and it felt good being one of the better players out there. Practicing was also a form of meditation 🧘‍♂️ for me.

Nope, the mamba mentality is like ultra instinct. When you're mad you just focus on the game without even thinking. That's why players looked for a reason to get mad. It gave like an extra edge and is hard to guards because your game flows like water 💧, especially if you're already an elite player. That's why the player to fear is the one that gets quiet 🤫. Imagine today, when you can't touch him. Lebron wouldn't have the same numbers in the late 80's, early 90's NBA. He'd still be great, I'm sure, but you greatly underestimate the players from back then. Let's just say Bron is the best player of today's NBA.
