Nije sporno da pjesma kao finalni proizvod prolazi kroz sve moguce faze usavrsavanja kako bi se postigla zeljena perfekcija, ali zato su tu i "live performances" gdje se pokazuju i dokazuju vokalne sposobnosti! Heavy metal scenu pratim vise od 30 godina i mogu sa sigurnoscu reci da definitivno nisam osoba koja se dozvoli pokoriti prvim dojmovima te stojim cvrsto iza svojih rijeci, pravim imenom i prezimenom!

Sort of reminds me of jorns rock n roll angel song, every thing this guy touches is golden, jorn is the future ronnie james dio, even as good as dio was jorn puts him to shame and that is impressive, jorn you rock, love ya man, keep these tunes coming

What's not to like about an overblown power ballad that takes you back to when the world still made sense? I bought the CD for this song alone... and don't regret it in the slightest.

I get goosebumps in so many different parts of this song it's ridiculous. What a powerful voice. Lyrically this song is incredible as well. Get a good system with some serious bass and crank this!
Went in expecting a Crimson Glory cover, but got a solid song that's seemingly Savatage-inspired (Edge of Thorns) instead. Speaking of "Edge of Thorns," also listen to "Forsaken" by Dream Theater and "Bleed" by Angel Dust. Or compare and contrast Sabaton's "Cliffs of Gallipoli" to Savatage's "Gutter Ballet." It really drives home the point that Savatage are among the pioneers of the more piano-heavy "theatrical" styles and sub-genres of metal (power, prog, symphonic, and whatnot) we hear so much of today. Like, bands such Avantasia and Kamelot, while still noticeably different, can perhaps attribute some of their elements to Savatage. Yet, Savatage, along with Crimson Glory, is practically unknown of outside of a fairly small circle these days.
Awesome like the previous albums. Reminds me of Stratovarius, ideal for driving through the coming snowy-winter-country. I'm sure, this album will play in heavy rotation. Must buy!
As to being Edge of Thorns part 2... 1.) We already know all these people are great musicians in their own rights. 2.) Amateurs borrow, professionals steal. Love both songs regardless.
Guys, I love Jorn and all, but... This song is totally TOO SIMILAR to Edge Of Thorns by Savatage: the key, the chords, the tempo, the rhythmics, the cadence, the vocal lines and the other instruments lines. I cannot imagine they did not realise ti. Check it out, please. I wish I were wrong, but I am afraid I am not at all.
Pietrorumenta of all thongs to be afraid of in this world a song that sounds similar should not be one. Like there are bears and serial killers out there but you are afraid that this song sounds like another..... hmmmm well everyone has a fear I suppose

Yeah, but I think people mean in particular the intro sounds very similar to Savatage- On the edge of thorns. It does have a distinct Stratovarius sound too because of Timo. Just like his other projects like Symfonia. The album was like Infinite.......but failing!
