I know people keep asking why he can't just work with Soni so close if Soni does not seem him as food. But really I think it comes down to a personal space thing, and also just the risk factor that Soni does get aggressive unexpetedly. I'm not an expert, but even though these animals can be well adapted to being around people, it doesn't mean they are necessarily tamed animals. So it's still best to respect their space and be cautious of what could happen rather than taking that risk.

Agreed! They still have wild instincts and I do respect that. I would like to work on training them though. Teaching them new behaviors that can help with husbandry

Agreed. Also, if a dog miscalculates or an accident happens, even the large breeds are only around the weight of a human, so dangerous, but not as much as a 800 lbs apex predator lol

You Can take a nap with chompers if you’d like, just expect to take a Longer nap than you expected

Soni does look more aggressive in this video. All the splashing & swimming etc. He usually likes to sunbathe instead of splashing water around 🤔

Sometimes, it’s awesome, but hard to fathom how intelligent animals are!! My dog did this once, he’s a small dog, and we had our windows open and he wanted to find my dad, so he tore through the screen on our window, so after we stopped using that one, he tore open the one beside it!! 😂 It’s kind of funny how he was just like, alright, find a way to get in, ooh, window!

My cat Grayson is the exact copy of Soni 😏 he has terrorised four of my other cats who run away meowing loudly as they see him coming, he will be strolling slowly but I guess emitting full power while doing so, he's neutered but I think he likes to show others he's still got it 😏

Why isn't it obvious you just need to put some bars on the outside of the windows. And why isn't it obvious that you need a better trap door with very Stout hinges and latches that you can open and close quickly and safely. You've been doing this a long time. You really need to up your safety game before you get hurt. I've been repeating myself with my suggestions about this. Frankly, I think it 10 times before I say it once. But you're really overdue. Also put remote switches on the pump and the heater and anything else that exposes you to the alligator area for basic maintenance tasks. Please don't become a statistic. I'm not going to enjoy having the right to tell you I told you so... Well you're laying in the hospital or dead. Best wishes... Jeff

The same thing happened to me recently, except it was a dog,so me and fluffen(my cat),and i kept hearing scratching outside the window.After some hours i went to the kitchen to make a sandwich when suddenly,a random dog busted through the window and ran around the house.When i finally caught it i noticed it had a collar and i remember that my neighbor lost their dog yesterday,I went to ask them what type of dog it was and it was a husky(the dog that busted in was a husky) so i brought the dog and i asked if it was theirs and it was soo...yeah-(the comment wad rushed btw)
