The alligator invoked it's 5th amendment rights, refused to comply, and threatened the police by opening its mouth full of teeth. Why didn't they handcuff it? At the very least, they could have mag dumped it.

Can we please drop the resisting charge I don't want my friend having a criminal record 😢 he's innocent 🎉 untill proven guilty in the court of law and good luck for getting him there. Guess he's gonna get failure to appear also
