How can everyone forgot years before 2020, what they were doing in India, import assemble and tag made in india. We are now mostly dependent over them for electronic goods, if FDI allows for them, there must be an arm twisting factor in favours for them.

Sir if we create environment of manufacturing by removing Babudom from this environment. Investment will come from within in terms or joint ventures and solo. Some people in India are quite rich and can invest.

India should definitely allow investments from China as in 1980s china had done it to the USA investments. It is a golden opportunity for India and if we miss this train also we will regret it forever. Arguments in favour:- *If we will allow chinenese investments today it will not only bring investmensts but also technology and expertise in cheap manufacturing which India lacks today. When these chinese companies will setup their plants in India our Labour specially our companies would have a chance to develop a shodow manufacturing base beneath these MNCs and this will benefit India in a long term. Example:- Just like BYD is a product of China by stealing expertise and technology from Tesla. But today it is biggest rival of Tesla in china itself, so we need to follow the same that china had done it 30 years ago. JAI HIND🇮🇳

Yeah but for that we would have to ensure that the quality of Indian manufacturers improve. That should not be like lava or Micromax that make incompititive products. The problem with Indian companies is that they hesitate to innovate and if this continues we would completely become dependent on Chinese companies.

The government can allow few Chinese companies but only after proper investigating their background. And then make sure local industries get technology transfer and boost Indian companies. Like what China does, invite global companies then establish their substitute companies copying their technology. And it becomes hard for Global companies to compete with local companies who get favour from the Chinese government.
