@@BossBrookeArmstrong thats weird that everyone doesnt know this being that lisa lisa's version went platinum. its up to people like us who know this information to tell others, but in a respectful way. people have their own opinions and likes. some people would rather lisa lisa's version, and then others rather allure's version. either way, lisa lisa loves allure, hence allure got permission by her and her team to do a remake. and the cover song singers are platinum selling artists who puts in their work whether people may want to admit it or not. lets not be salty about it. instead lets support it.

It has to do with the fact that every live performance video of allure singing all cried out, there’s always someone like you to point out the OBVIOUS about Lisa Lisa being the original singer. It’s annoying ! There are plenty of other artist who has recorded songs that are remakes or samples of older hits, that’s what artist do when they get inspired aside from writing their own original material. It’s seriously a catch 22 with ppl like you. Shouldn’t we be celebrating artists who do covers and artists who continue to pay HOMAGE to those artist who came before their time...oh but ya always complain about music nowadays have no substance...I digress.
