Great video Amber! I have been eyeing both these bags, the strap of the Alma can be shortened in store if you want. They can cut it and adjust it to the length that you want!
Great video! I would suggest not using organizers or pouches at all but showing actual items such as keys, wallet, sunglasses, compact, AirPods, and things that people carry. Just a suggestion but wonderful video. A lot of us don’t have little pouches and just throw stuff in. 😂😂😂
Thank you so much for the comparison video. In the future can you add some items in the SLGs before showing what fits? The SLGs seemed to be empty and I personally do feel it does make a big enough difference in what truly fits in the hand bags. I enjoy all your videos and Thank you again 💕
I love the comparison and the choice! Both beautiful and very classic LV bags. I went back and forth between the empriente pochette Métis and the speedy 20, so that might be another good comparison to do! In the end I chose the speedy because I felt it was more versatile (dressed up or down), it doesn’t change shape when packed, and I think it is lighter in weight. Each bag has its own purpose though, I love your well thought out collection!
Good comparison, I think that the Speedy 20 would’ve fit everything a lot more comfortably if you didn’t have the organizer because it does take space in the bag,

I love this comparison video. You are making me drool over your alma bb. I told my husband that I am done buying LV bags, and that I am 100% satisfied with my collection, but then I saw this Alma😂 Now l am trying to convince my husband that I just NEED to add one more item which is Alma BB in Ebene and I am done! 🤣🤣🤣
I got the speedy 20 in the empreinte leather today and im so disappointed. The zipper was hard to use and didnt go down all the way on one side, the strap bottoms were uneven and crooked. The strap doesnt adjust long enough to wear crossbody as a more chubby girl. Overall im just disappointed given the price and how excited i was.
This would have been a great video had the slgs actually had items you carry daily when wearing. Empty items are very misleading from a capacity level. Also, not everyone uses organizers, so understanding the real capacity without one would be beneficial.
Hi, great video. Do all of those pouches you put in the bag have their usual contents or they are empty? Also, realistically if you pile all of that in, you'd have to empty the bag to get the item on the bottom. Those key cles looked empty as well. So we would have to imagine when all of those pouches have their contents and you have keys, especially a car key and a phone, we have to assume half of what you had will fit comfortably and function:)
Love my Alma bb it’s my first luxury bag.. but I’m 5 feet and the strap is too long on me.. I don’t know why they didn’t make it with an adjustable strap.. sometimes I use my speedy B 25 strap with my Alma bb and that seems to work better :)
I personally prefer the thin strap in the Alma BB because it makes the bag dressier. I have tried it with an adjustable strap, a bit thicker than the original one, but I simply do not like how it looks on the bag: it makes the bag much less dressy. And of course, thins strapa are not adjustable because it is hard to make holes on them and the wear and tear of the thin strap would be drastic
Which bah would you recommend the most between the nano speedy and the Speedy 20? I’ve seen that a new version of the nano speedy will launch in two days 😄
Great comparison! Maybe next time u can fill the bag with actual filled items that would be carried rather than empty SLGs. I know those bags wouldn’t hold all those items if filled with our normal everyday items. ❤️ I do love my Alma bb!!

Hi Amber. I have a question on the speedy 20. Does it fit a large size phone with the organizer in it? My phone is the Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra. It's the bigger phone. I'm really thinking about getting this bag but my phone must fit. I have the Alma bb with the zoomoni bag organizer and it fits in there well. Great video on these 2 bags!
The bag organizer (in the speedy 20) does take up a bit of space, maybe the sun glasses would have fitted better without the organizer...? Take care and thanks for this great review!!!

Amber quick question about the speedy 20. Do you have a video comparing it to the pochette metis? I feel like my empreinte PM gets pretty heavy after I fill it although I don’t overfill at all. Is the speedy 20 lighter? Im So conflicted because I love the speedy 20 in the empreinte but I feel like I have so many black bags and they end up just competing with one another because honestly I like to wear all my light and brightly colored bags in the s/s so the blacks just sit there. I’m hoping they bring the speedy 20 out in the turtle dove color since I only have my dark beige ysl small loulou in a taupe color like that.

Definitely speedy!!! I have 2 speedy, a size 25 turtledove leather I just bought in Maui this Christmas, and a monogram Speedy 30 (given by my daughter). Never a fan of Alma.

I recently got my neo alma bb in Spain and saved so much money as price in Spain is much lower plus the 14% tax back. The alma does fits a lot of stuff I was surprised!
I think maybe having an organizer in the Speedy made it so it was a tighter fit. The alma did not have one. Just an observation. Both are beautiful bags! Great video!

The strap situation on the Alma BB is a DEALBREAKER-unacceptable. It’s a cute bag hand held but REALLY bad planning on the Alma BB. Sold mine due to the Alma bb issue🤬
