We were travelling Air Astana Flight from Istanbul to New Delhi with a 2 hrs layover at Almaty on 12 Dec 23. Never expected such a heavy snowfall with icy winds at Almaty! Flight was delayed by an hr. Once inside the plane, we witnessed how de-icing is done by a crane machine on the entire aeroplane. Take off was scary!🥶❄️☃️😱
