Jam Biscuits
Ingredients:
Butter 125 gm
Icing sugar 65 gm
Flour 162 gm
Egg 1
Salt a pinch
Lemon essence few drops
Red apple jam 100 gm
Method:
Mix together butter and icing sugar.
Add in an egg and mix well.
Then add in flour, salt and lemon essence. Mix well and allow the mixture to cool.
Fill the prepare mixture into a piping bag.
Make flowers with the help of a nozzle.
Add red apple jam on top and bake it in an oven at 160 c for about 25 minutes.

Almond Biscotti
Ingredients:
Butter 75 gm
Sugar 82 gm
Egg 1
Flour 187 gm
Almonds 50 gm
Pistachios 50 gm
Baking powder ½ tsp
Baking soda ¼ tsp
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Method:
Mix together butter and sugar.
Add in an egg and mix well.
In a bowl add flour, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla essence.
Add in almonds and pistachios. Mix well.
Then add the dry mixture into the butter mixture and mix properly.
Make a ball and place it in a baking tray.
Bake it in an oven at 160 c for about 35 minutes.
Remove from an oven and allow it to cool.
Cut pieces like cake rusk and bake it again at 140 c.
Serve.
