Love your motivation to try new ideas to juice! I love almond milk, when if ever will we see pecan milk to buy? It's all good for smoothies, I have one every day! Love 💖 Joe Cross, he is a great motivator to get people to take care of their health.

Hallo joe what would you advice someone who is diabetic whose blood sugar level is eleveted and sometimes drops. I mean which juice is good for such a person.

Joe: My question is about draining the soaking water. I know the reason that folks drain the water off of beans before cooking them. Is there a similar reason for pouring off the nut soaking water?

The reason for soaking the nuts is the inhibitors your stripping off the nut, making the nut more digestible. You don't want to be using the inhibitor run off.

Joe, your recipe for pecan milk is heavenly, contains all my favorite things! Like what's in pecan ice cream, there are times I just have to have my favorite ice cream. You guessed it....butter pecan ice cream! Not even a 🍒 on top. Joe will U sell your recipe to a huge corporation? Or just keep it to enjoy & treat UR friends! I'd be the first one in line. I believe you can. if your juicer is a high-speed juicer, not a masticating (slow) juicer, then you might have to blend it first, then juice it. but if it's the slower (masticating) juicer, you could probably do it. But to be sure, I'd check for any video tutorials for your specific make/model.
