Greek Yogurt 230g｜1cup
Whole egg 3 (55g+- an egg)
Melted butter 80g｜1/3cup
Vanilla extract 1/4tsp
Sugar 115g｜1/2cup
Cake flour 120g｜10Tbsp
Baking powder 2tsp
Almond meal 100g｜1cup
Almond flake as needed

Возьмите любую форму,хоть сковородку,либо есть формы в виде кирпичика-формы есть для кексов,НО НЕ ЗАБЫВАЙТЕ ПРОЛОЖИТЬ ПЕРГАМЕНТНУЮ БУМАГУ,я бумагу смачиваю холодной водой,сначала скомкаю,смачиваю,чуть отжала и раскладываю по форме,маслом НЕ СМАЗЫВАЮ-попробуйте.У Вас все получится 👍

@@raisashukharyeva любая форма не подойдёт,ведь кекс может раньше приготовиться или же сгореть,так как форма может быть очень большой или же наоборот.Поэтому лучше когда есть размеры формы для точного времени выпечки. Поэтому это важно в приготовлении.

Is there SALT in the recipe ? I made this cake immediately because I happened to have all the ingredients listed and the same loaf pan! But mine didn’t rise as high as yours in the video. Mine stand a 3” +/- a quarter inch in the centre. 😢 it baked evenly. 😊

You can use regular flour… else can substitute 1 tbsp of regular flour with 1 tbsp of corn flour .. it will be cake flour just like in recipe 👍

@@utubebeena No, cake doesn’t contain baking soda or baking powder. It has corn flour in it to make a finer crumb cake. Self raising flour contains baking powder.

Almond meal is typically a tad bit coarser than almond flour, but in most cases I’ve found that they can be used interchangeably!

@@hatelove8266 No, I wouldn’t use almond flour as an alternative to cake flour… The two are too different. You could use all-purpose flour though. To substitute all-purpose flour for cake flour, measure out the amount of flour you need for the recipe, then remove two tablespoons of ap flour and replace it with two tablespoons of cornstarch. It should yield a similar result to cake flour!
