I pay attention to that too,it's like he want hear they perspective/point of view of his hood.Thats real shhh right there. He let the person he interviewing talk b4 he ask another question or respond
Levee remembers everybody and everything. I came back to New Orleans with my new wife and kid after being gone for a bunch of years. I saw Levee on Washington and Freret and he still knew who I was even though he was older than me and we never ran in the same circle. He knew which court I was from and who my people was. After that I always looked at him like he was the real historian of that project. Anything that ever happened of any importance pertaining to the CJ Peete or the 3rd ward in general, he knows about.
This is the best Derrick interview I ever saw! Finally got some real answers about his label situations, Dashawn and Scorey def need to be talked about more. I heard Scorey was a young go getter 💰! Great content. Salute from Florida!!!
Uncle Larel old music need to be made available too & more content about him and his music career not just da street shit cuz da nigga was cold af on dat mic!
@@jackjill8129 See I ain’t know that. That Smoked Out album was a classic but idk even know who was on each song cuz their names wasn’t on the credits. Lil’ simple shit remains a mystery I know yall patched in & could shed light
Yeah he seem like the type of guy that never gets too far into the bs and minds his business. And most importantly don't try to make himself seem like more than what he is.
Man levee a real NO historian lol Ima Texas nigga but I fw old NO history cause it was a lot original trendsetting street characters, remind me of the SUC era in Houston back in gap
RIP Baby Kiki, RIP Pheno! Long Live Hammie, Free Gotti Boy Ro! #GetTheMoneyAndStayOutTheWay. Levee always been a stand up dude. Went to Lafayette with him and Wayne even tho I was out the Melph.
@@kingmississippislim4742 it was for the older people right. Guste high rise. Was it the same in the Fischer, cause I know them people demolished their high rise. The Melph reminded of some New York type shit, how the buildings were.
@@joshingram071 he gonna be in that industry I think he’ll be around baby n dem they all was connected I talk to the twins he was cool wit BG Derrick 10ward fat use to bring b stupid around bg Derrick wit the DBz

All these niqqas grew up in the same hood bruh, went to the same elementary, middle, and high schools. Went to the same youth centers. Cliqued up in CYC and HOD to fight the Downtown niqqas, etc. It ain’t no friendly bobbin type shit.
@derrekw3493 I think he saved his own life and family life, ppl do retaliate by getting those closest to you so I think he felt he had to make a tough decision.
Yea playing both sides will get you burned. When I was in the Chi I my boy was warned for being friendly to the enemies off next street. They just said we giving you the warning because shyt can happen if they at your house again. Lucky I stayed with my partner cause they knew I wasn't gonna let shyt go sour. But we got the warning for sure
DeShawn put the hit on Lil Derrick behind a dice game. Butch warned Scory to tell his brotha not to touch dat and he did anyway. I can do this all day😈😈😈
@@Mastersmart2 it wouldn't have happen the only reason why Lil Derrick ventured off to another hood is cause he wanted to be around Baby. Other than dat he was good around Schwegmann and the St Thomas
Sad that people think this is how people should live their lives, killing each other for a town. I dream of a world where a black man will not kill another black man just because he is from a different hood, a world where they will work together and not hate one another or see each other as threats because of the place they live or not from.
It's wasn't a drive-by he was in the trunk but a white van pulled up and the side door on the passenger side open and somebody said I yo ass now he was park under the bridge and they pulled up right behind him
Facts that boy Lil Derek was the truth he would have been the next Wayne same for Soulja Slim he would have been the biggest name coming out of New Orleans if they would have never got killed rip Derek and slim
Dude definitely had a 💰 on his head for his own brother to get at him..heard it was his brother man's that got him but sht he was there so🤷🏾♂️ ALLEGEDLY
But one thing you can't take from Gizzle, He ain't tell on ah nigha he took his 14 and layed down. Some other the dudes y'all praising told that's facts y'all killa's you waiting to come home
Baby to bizzy up Wayne ass Derrick should of came out on Cash Money Loc should of had a solo album they had real street dude that can rap and they story was 100% real
