Yeah, owned by parts all still have to go in or the job can't be turned in. It's a puzzle element that can make some jobs harder than they need to. That cooler probably would've worked on AM4 so that might've been a way to go, too. At least you got it all sorted, though. :)
Gungner, yep. MSI just makes words up. Their SSDs are called Spatium. Oh, and as for New/Custom cables, it's an either or thing. If they're custom cables you get credit for that, if you just recable it with stock cables you'll get credit for New Cables.
Also, for the repair & sale, what counts is the "value" of what you build (sum of components), and not the performance. So you are "financially" better building a SLI with 2x RTX 3090 than a 4090, filling the MB with 4TB M.2, most expensive available PSU...
I generally don't build from scratch and I'm not overly concerned about maximizing ROI. I just fix up PCs purchased from Spares 'n' Repairs for fun lol, but it's good to info to know in case I want to go for max profit at some point.
