Every day, as I drove past this particular house in my neighborhood, I couldn't help but notice how the grass kept growing taller and taller. I had been waiting for the perfect opportunity to knock on the homeowner's door and offer my help by mowing their lawn for free. After countless attempts, luck finally came my way!
On this incredible day, while passing by, I spotted a determined woman assembling an electric weed eater in the driveway. I seized the moment, quickly pulling my car in front of the house, and approached her with my generous offer. Little did I know, just the day before, she had received a notice from the city, warning her about potential fines if the lawn wasn't taken care of promptly. Determined to avoid the penalty, she had bought the weed eater and was preparing to tackle the overgrown lawn herself.
Engaging in a great conversation, she graciously accepted my offer, allowing me to take charge of transforming the neglected yard. Brother, bless you for helping these people out. As much as it is the most normal thing to do for some of us (mowing/gardening, can be super therapeutic by the way) it can be overwhelming for others. However, please get some big orange safety cones to put on the street while you are working. We need and want you alive. 🙏🏼☮🙏🏼

Such a blessing for her! Now that all the overgrown is gone, she will have an easier time of keeping up with it. She has a BIG yard and I imagine it was overwhelming for her. Not all ladies are handy with a mower etc. Thank you for making her day a brighter one!

GREAT job with the baby rabbits 🙌🏻 In the wild, Momma rabbits only spend a very short time feeding their babies twice a day, at dusk and dawn, like 5 minutes at a time, her milk is that rich!. The rest of the day the Mom is off foraging, her babies safe in their little nests alone without either parent around to draw attention to them from any prey animals. You managed to minimise your disturbance of them and were wearing gloves when you moved them, so your scent shouldn't scare Momma away from them, although Mom may spend the next night moving them to a new nest now this one has been discovered, just for her peace of mind 🫶

Aweeee ❤❤❤❤❤ I found a nest of baby bunnies at our cabin.....watched for 2 days for momma to come back...she never did... 1 baby left the nest and died from the heat...it was in the high 90's at the time... I took the 5 remaining bunnies... fed them kit milk through a syringe for about a month...kept them outside for about 3 weeks in a pen...once they were eating food they naturally eat.....I took them to a local park and releases them....😢.thanks for saving the babies ❤ I just recently started following you and you do amazing work ❤❤❤

That was pretty impressive timing. The curb you were edging was close to traffic. This particular yard, was a form of a sleeper. Yes, the lawn was getting long in front, but it was the accumulating overgrowth and backlog that was becoming the overwhelm factor. Noted in the back, that a lot of the "invasion" was from neighboring properties. Sometimes this is the case, sometimes not. As you cut back vines and encroaching branches, a lot of space was regained. (Nice save on the baby rabbits. Good move tucking them right back.) Pretty wonderful to see the original design and look of the yard return. Thanks for, "Being in the right place at the right time."

Thank you for doing the right thing for the bunnies. So many people think that they are abandoned, then proceed to rescue them. It’s normal for baby bunnies to be buried and left, the mother does return

Like everyone, this is an astounding transformation! I especially loved how you did trim the trees over the back fence - way up to give plenty of room to grown and still give light and air to customers yard. And you saved iris and lilies and other plants. Even saved a little tree in one of the raised beds (maybe it was a fruit tree?). It would be great to know what some of the plants are - weed name or flower/bush name. That was a big job to take on for that lady. Sure know she will get a lot of enjoyment from how nice it is now. Great job!

Great job! Thank God for people like you who look for a way to help someone. Love thy neighbor! Very inspiring too. If just everyone who watches your videos would take the time to do something for someone in their corner of their world what a wonderful neighbor they could be too! I try to bake cookies or my pumpkin bread for my neighbors. I also water their yards and flowers for them when they leave town. It’s not as big as what you are doing but we are all elderly and it helps to stay in touch with your neighbors. I wondered what happened to the rabbits. They were sure in for a struggle.
