I’m a dentist and Information in this video is not 100% correct .. For toothpaste- 1. Use just brush without any toothpaste until your kid is 18 months old . 2. Fluoride is safe 18 months or older as long as you limit the amount. The guidelines recommend low fluoride toothpaste (500ppm) and use only Pea size toothpaste However most important thing is SUPERVISING your child while they brush, up until they turn 8 years . Why - 1. To ensure they’re not swallowing toothpaste 2. Not rinsing immediately after brushing that way fluoride in toothpaste can help in making their teeth strong and resistant to caries 3. They are brushing for atleast 2 minutes 4. Using right motion to brush PS- not using fluoride toothpaste has shown increased risk of caries if diet and oral hygiene is not good so please see your local dentist before following any random stuff on Internet
Hi mansi.. a fluoride free toothpaste is recommended only for very young kids. Kids of age 3 + yrs must have an optimal amount of fluoride in their toothpaste . Amount of like less than a pea size of toothpaste is enough. Continuing fluoride free toothpaste will not help against tooth decay and remineralization of enamel. please mention in your videos to consult a dentist and only then follow what they suggest according to the kids age.

I was using Colgate junior for my kids. Now I switched to Optifresh kids strawberry flavour by Oriflame. It's also good, like you said no worry if ingested also. Thank you for the toothbrush info 😀
