There is such a difference in you. I can see there has been a little different makeup, hair style, even the way you move. I realized I have spent more of my life alone then with someone. Rarely have I been lonely but rather I enjoy the solitude. I can go out with friends for lunch or run errands and then I find I m so ready to be home again. It's a lovely thing to enjoy your own company. Stay happy dear one!

Sometimes, as a mother, when i can have alone time I actually dont know what to do other than to sip coffee and watch a youtube video. I get so wrapped up in the things of life that i forget to do the things i used to do. This encourages people i think in all walks of life. This makes me excited for the alone time i will have as i have a few ideas now and feel inspired to fill my tank and nurture myself.

Loneliness has a kind of supreme power to enrich one's soul.Those who are alone they can find enough time for themselves and can learn a lot from the nature around them.Everyone should have some time for themselves,then one can find peace and learn many things than the busy people.As because I enjoy my owndom,i enjoy my loneliness.

So true Randi! I, too, have been alone, but not lonely for about 15 years. It's a wonderful, magical place, to embrace who you are, learn new things and find peace in your heart. It's a huge life lesson to know self-love and no matter what or who leaves you'll be ok because that love for you is inside you. You have friends in the forest, friends in the flowers, friends in your art and your beautiful dog. You learn to do small things with great love and you don't have to live up to anyone's expectations but your own. Congratulations! you'll be surprised how many of us are on the other side with you. I feel so much calmer now that I live alone for 2.5 years now. It's like a breath of fresh air, like I have freedom now over what to do and how to behave myself, it's a new way for me to express feelings, I even think my cat now prefers the same. I enjoy my own company (and my cat's, she's amazing and makes me better as a person) and I guess we'll never be lonely as long as we embrace all the good things that come with the walking this path of life.

That was really visually gorgeous! That was a lot of daisies in one field, and then the scene where the deer dashed off was so pretty. Was the purple flower in that scene lupine? I am not sure, but it was so pretty! Very beautiful film work and personal work! Congratulations on finding ways to make it through hard times and transitions. 💜🥰 I don’t know why I find myself in tears after watching your video other than I can relate. Isn’t life surprising? Moving out of the darkness can sometimes be difficult but then if we keep going there are glimmers of hope and light. Beautiful and capable we are to just keep going.

I live alone and really like it but go through periods of trying to be more involved and social ,only to find myself completely drained by dealing with people situations. Its rinse and repeat. So I accept my empathic introvert nature now and make the most of quiet freedom. Of course there are some people that living in society inevitably brings.

Im happy for you Randi, I am ☺. But not all of us can escape to a cabin in the woods surrounded daily by such beautiful nature. Being alone is very hard when you are 72 and widowed after 54 years! The grief is palpable 😢 no matter what you try to do to make it better xx

What a gorgeous video. It has brought some sunshine into quite a grey Scottish summer just now. Love the foxgloves - mine are so tall this year and thronged with busy bees stoically fighting the raindrops. I have a solitary life right now but am never lonely so I can totally relate to what you say. I think this experience-painful though much of it must have been-will serve to enrich your life and strengthen your mind and soul. One day you will of course share your life with someone-they are out there right now I am certain under the same sun and moon. That's kind of magical. You are setting a great example of how to heal and helping others by sharing the process is in itself part of that healing. Onwards and upwards !

Hi Randi. You are looking lighter this video- I mean happier. The weight of the grief is lifting off you. Grief is hard. You have good days and bad days. Time is a great healer. Randi you are getting through this, Bless You🙏 I too lived with fear going on walks by myself. I did a women's self defence course, it helped me to feel safer knowing that I could defend myself if necessary. I also had Rottweilers all my adult life until recently as I needed to feel safe. I used to love going on midnight walks in the summer whilst the world around me was asleep. There's something very special about night walks. I now have a little dog. She's quite feisty and protective. I don't go on midnight walks anymore, but I do live rural and just go outside and listen to the cows next door and look up at the starry sky. Keep moving forward 🙏💖💐 🌌

You are beautiful and talented. Your surroundings are breathtaking. You are such a sweet soul, and this is a time of rest, restructuring and being at peace with who you are becoming. I have lived in a town for 14 yrs with no friends, not easy but I have my husband and I care for my adult son who has health issues. I have spent most my life doing for everyone, giving everything and every part of myself, that I am content right now. You inspire me with your talent, your art and your thoughts.
