Shes the sweetest girl ever ugh as someone without many friends and it being summer, it gets quite lonely. For a genuine girly like her to be so positive, it really feels like we are on facetime. Her vids r so comforting

You're one of my comforting people to watch! Sometimes I feel so lonely and desperate ever since I grew up. I do not have many friends with whom I still have contact. So many that we grew apart from each other so I tend to spend time alone by myself most of the time. Watching you made me realize you're not alone since you still have yourself.

Please always be very careful with being alone when you’re out in public, I heard some scary a$$ stories involving women getting things done to them and please just always be aware of your surroundings. I see you like a little sis and I want you to be okay!!
i would really reccomend the michael singer podcast- he wrote my very favorite book, the untethered soul, and he’s just this super wise and spiritual (not in a religious way) guy that i’ve learned sooo much from !!
My favorite self help podcast is called: Hidden Brain. brings in different perspectives, story telling, and scientific background on why we act n think the way we do , and how to improve on ourselves :)
Really liked the journaling prompt segment!! I’m also in my early 20s and really struggling with sense of self etc. gonna try the ‘I am…’ thing you talked about but please share any other journaling techniques about this you’ve tried
