A tip from Italy: - wait for the water to boil - then put spaghetti - push with a spoon, they all soften and cook in the same way and not like soup 😅 And, the sauce is cooked first, with olive oil, and only after the pasta 😂 And again, if you pass by Italy let me know, a good plate of spaghetti with tomato, offered 😃

I bought and painted a Scania like yours (as close as i could lol) on Eurotruck simulator and i role play your trucking journey...you guys move the economy so from one fellow trucker😁😁to another, much love from Kenya!🇰🇪🇰🇪
Hey brother! Thanks for making these videos! Makes me look at life differently and living alone worthwhile. This realty made me smile and a small tear too! Thank you and best wishes to you and god bless you! Love from India!
Buon viaggio
Love your pov experience as a trucker. Did not know how to tell if the pasta is cooked thoroughly. Keep up the great work and drive safe my good friend, Master Truck Driver. 👍
I wish our Indian truck cabins also have the same facility as yours, but here in India truckers have a lot of hardships to face while delivering shipments.
Cumpare!
were you expecting company? you cooked spaghetti for a family of four, no joke, btw, before you put the pasta in the pan you must have the water boiling, also, add some salt and oil while boiling so the pasta won’t stick to the pan, just a suggestion 😉👍
Nooo, lol no oil in the water, it makes the sauce slip off. Just leave a small amount of water when you drain, then drain off the rest when you put the sauce in. The salt is a good suggestion though. I'll add one too, snap the pasta in half before you put it in the water. Mush easier than waiting it to get soft and it won't burn around the middle.
I don't understand why people do not break the pasta in half when boiling because it will firstly cook evenly and second will prevent some burnt pasta pieces along the pan's rim.... If you worry about the pasta being too short trust me the length will be just fine way better than the aforementioned issues!!!
You need to get a bigger saucepan and a large tarp to cover your truck when cooking and a water flagon on the passenger side to wash up after cooking wet wipes don’t clean well
