I was so looking forward to recipes without onion or garlic. Loved your secret too. I liked all the recipes from your mother and grandmother. I don’t make aloo Methi in any other way except the way you and your mom make. Thank you again
I love the way you explain everything, with all tips and details. It really helps - sabzi kharidne se lekar plate mein recipe aane Tak. You are the perfect teacher chef. Thank you for everything gurudev. 🙏
Sir , beans ki sabzi meri kuchh khass favourite nahi, lekin jab maine aap k tarike se banai, sach bata raha, it was delicious. First time in my whole life I liked this. Thankyou so much for sharing such a great recipe. Hats off to you Sir🙏🏻🙏🏻😊
Esa isiliye kyunki aap bachpan se regularly uss oil me sabzi kha rahe ho but jab koi soyabean oil, olive oil , coconut yaa groundnut oil ki khusbudar sabzi khata he to usko sarson ka oil bohot azeeb lagta he or specially uski smell bhi ,esa lagta he ki ye gale se niche nhi utrega 😁
@@sanskarsharma5750 ha yeh bhi sach he kyuki jis chij ko khane ki aadat ho wahi acha lgta he...agr olive oil ya koi or oil khate bchpn se toh wahi acha lgta..🥰
Makes one very tempted, such a delicious vegie. You're genius Sir makes worth watching. Easy to remember all the recipes suggested by you. Have a great day.
I love the aroma of Sarson ka tel while cooking sometimes I add a drop of mustard oil in my salads. And all cookings are done on Mustard oil only. Even sometimes parathas when rice bran or sunflower oil is finished which is only used for parathas and puris. From my childhood my mother used only Mustard oil those days pure Mustard oil used to be. 😊
I tried today, just instead of sambar masala i added pav bhaji masala. Bz i Was not having sambar masala. It turned out nice, i will regularly make this now. Thank you Chef 🙏🏻

I cooked this sabji exactly as said in the video. It came out very delicious and very well cooked. I used coconut oil, mustard seeds, i didn't have amchur so I squeezed a piece of lemon over the cooked dish. I made sambar masala by myself because I couldn't find it here in the store. Also i used garlic along with ginger because there's no asafoetida here. Thank you, I am very happy with my dinner.
You are absolutely amazing at what you do❤. Best is that you are so passionate to teach those who view your channel, makes your videos informative and a work of art 😊.
Excellent job!! Thank you for sharing :) I love cooking healthy, and the spices in Indian cuisine are not only delicious, but they boost our immune system as well. I also add therapeutic herbs in my food, and some raw good quality olive oil after serving, for its benefits. Thanks again :)
