Wow awesome .I know that in Delhi everything is made of Aloo ,mutter and gobhi. Basic veg .Have u ever had muttamala (egg garland) mutta surka ( egg white pudding ) A perfect combo of a Malabari. My Sunday special. muttamala, mutta surka and dhilkush. Try this some time and u won't feel sorry. In Marathi its called sengdane. Happy Sunday.
