I showed mum your recipe and asked if it is do-able and she was hesitant but said let's try. So I made the mixture, she made the atta and together through so many pause and rewind and play we did the filling and cooked it. It was perfect ♡ Much Love and more power to u. U see, my mum loved the recipe, for filling in the mixture so it goes to the edges, previously she used to make it by taking 2 paera's putting the filling in and then joining the edge.. that way the edges were empty of filling and only plain paratha edges... yours is so much better. I made one and my mum said, even u can make it, it's so simple and easy. We just ate it with tea and you are in our prayers. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I love your recipes and how well you explain them. My aloo somehow tears through the paratha when i flatten it after putting the filling -_- will try again now. The way you taste your own recipes at the end and give feedback is the cutest ♥️

My recipe for the aloo was almost same as your but your technique of putting the aloo in the middle of the roti was super easy. I usually made 2 small rotis and added aloo in between.
