Hello! I'm just catching up. I went through hurricane Beryl here in Texas and its been a nightmare for the past four days dealing with the aftermath plus the sweltering heat with no electricity. Your potato cakes look so delicious fried up crispy and golden brown...yum!! The chutneys look amazing as well. I'd love to have them on some of your beautiful homemade rolls as a sandwich too!😁 Prayers to all effected by hurricane Beryl. Big hugs and love from Texas!😇
