I keep most stuff inside the raft. In the tubes with the zipper. The only thing I keep out is water, snacks, etc. And if Im bikerafting, which is usually what I do, the bike goes on the front of the boat. My panniers are small like the backpack in the video and fit in very well. I put my sleeping bag and tent in the tubes as well in a stuff sack that goes on the rack of my bike while riding. You can fit a ton of stuff in there as long as it's not bigger that the pack in this video.
