That is lovely but discretion is key. If you're in college now, only let the AKAs at your school know your interest and if you're not in college now, it's best to keep your aspirations to yourself until you get there. Also, make sure you've done your research. Nothing worse than someone who wants to join an organization "so bad" but does not know the sorority history or the history of the chapter their looking to join. Wish you the best! :)
I got a great laugh from the haters. I'd love to see you prepare this type of quality show while attending a top 20 university and being one of the most exceptional Chapters in the region. I believe Kenya said it best... so Don't come for this Chapter, unless they send for you. And the comment about this being stolen from a SGRho performance from before most of these ladies were even in high school??? GIRLLLLLLL get your entire life.
its crazy how i just happened to click on this video and notice one of these girls that went to high school with me and now we're both in different states and sorors.
Check out Vanderbilt's 2002 Zetas, they did a similar show, same outfits (of course in Blue). This is a good show though. I pledged in 1999, and see every Greek taking everyone stuff. Being a Judge since 2001, its gets boring. I've been stepping since 1987 as a Sigma Beta, and a lot has change for AKAs, hell everybody's Steps. SIGMAS and Omegas are probably the most consistent in Steps.
@AprylzWutDeyKalMe it's not that serious, I wasn't even planning on pledging/following through in college. It just looks cool; however, thanks for lookin out.
Maybe the other sororities performances didnt have a strong plot and story point like there's did but this was a lil below average to me but it was cute
"plus im a future delta" LOL THATS QUITE EVIDENT SEEING AS THOUGH YOU WOULDNT BE ABLE TO DO ANY BETTER ANYWAY; YOU ARE DELUSIONAL SO, YOU WILL FIT RIGHT IN.
well my campus is biased against any Greek Life and refuses to have any. I attend a four yer university and want to become a member or possibly start an off campus chapter for all the African American women that want to be an AKA that are at my school! Do you have any suggestions? Everyone has said that I have to wait to join a graduate chapter but my sisters and I really want to start during our undergraduate years!!! Any suggestions?
Great show Sorors...You looked good and stepped great...Nevermind the hater...She don't even have any letters yet so she don't know no good...lol Keep doin your thing...
I don't think you suppose to say that, but AKA is a great choice for a Greeks sorority. AKA has many 1st, history makers. These sorors are really too pretty.
