I watched this video so many times leading up to us coming out. Truly kept my spirit and inspiration up to make it through. Now almost 8 years in I still get chills remembering how I felt while I was waiting my turn.

This has been the problem for years. Though the standards of the sorority have not changed, evidently the quality of young women allowed to join have not remained high.
