The red guy represents the older us, more matured. This is just animations of people being hurt and hurting others. Black one represents us in the past, when we where younger and it was much simpler. And we watched these just for fun. In a way it represents how these two versions of us clash as we decipher what are we really watching. In the end we realize it’s just fun, and we aren’t really harming anyone. Just good ol nostalgia.

I think it’s impressive how he made me, for even but a moment, relive my childhood. The mindlessness I experienced during the video only reminded me of times I’d share this video with my friends and we’d watch together. It reminded me of the time I tried to work with stick figures. It reminded me of a time that wasn’t burdened with adult responsibilities. For as much as the red stickman labels it as bad, I don’t know.... it was kind of fun to feel like a kid watching RU-vid at 1am when I shoulda been asleep again. It was kinda fun to remember my childhood. Thanks Luke.

I'm back after the first time i watched this 3 years ago, it have been 3 years already wow, well that Big Green Zombie come back still had me chills.

After 7 years. This is nothing like what we expected. There's definitely a meaning behind this whole thing. Let's figure it out.

This entire animation can be summed up in a single quote from Ryan Higa. “Never be violent, the killer will always out-violent you.”

I think that people aren’t getting as much from the video as they can... I think that he’s speaking through red stick guy. He’s criticizing the mindless violence we all enjoy and love, and he used to create for us when we were kids watching his videos. I think that it’s about change, and I’d argue that that is reflected in reds dialogue, and also the animation’s music. I think the more grounded, upbeat music is supposed to represent the contrast between this new animation and the old Zombie Stick Arena videos, which featured more heavy metal music if I remember correctly. The earlier videos, with an over all darker tone, use darker rock music, and his new video uses music that features more acoustic instruments and isn’t as dark mood wise as the metal. Also at 9:45 he flips through some images, but the ones that stand out to me are the iceberg diagrams. The represent levels of consciousness, and I think this is a nod at the fact that we are supposed to look deeper than the meaningless zombie killing (which I guess you could say is only the tip of the iceberg), and actually look for what he’s saying. Also, good stuff bro! Very entertaining, super deep analysis or not

I remember being a lil ass kid sitting on the couch with my ipad watching Zombie stick arena. After I was done I would go outside and grab a stick and try to recreate everything the stick figures did. Time flies honestly.

May have been less than I expected out of this animation, but more than I thought I'd ever get from it. And I enjoyed this. It was a mass blow of what I used to see from pivot animations.

I remember watching some of your videos back then when I was little and during the "Golden Age of Flash Games". I also remember watching the trailer for this, wasn't expecting you to finish the animation. And let's just say I'm not dissapointed, it's a very interesting animation. I thought it will be the same "Mindless Violence" type like it's predecessors, till the 4th Wall breaks starts showing up. It gave not only a narrative, but also a question. Which is a pattern that I'm seeing alot of on Animators today. Animators giving more narrative based animations rather than mindless killing. Anyways, I like that you've managed to subvert peoples expectations. Can't wait to see what you can do in the future, if you upload another video that is.

After more than 7 years of waiting since I was in grade 3, I finally get this in my recommendation and realized I missed out on alpha of the dead. This made me cry a lot since this series brought me joy alongside my most nostalgic stickman animators. Thank you BigWhiteGun!!! You brought me back to the childhood I waited for so long to wait again!!!

This was nothing like the old ones we loved The stick zombie arenas were amazing and I must have watched them over 100 times and I still get enjoyment from but this is one where I probably won’t watch as much it’s just nothing like the old times Nice animations though with how smooth it is but I was a bit disappointed how it wasn’t like the old
