It's not working on my Galaxy phone. in fact when I plug it into the charging port with the card reader attached it doesn't even realize there is something plugged in do I have a defective item ?

I’ve using the camera for a little bit more than one month, using the motion detection mode, and it was all good, but, i tried to change it in loop mode like 2 days ago, and it stoped recording properly, i set it back to motion mode, but it doesn’t get anything. and when i check the video files in the usb it just shows videos every 5 minutes with a dark screen, any help?

The motion detection isn't working on motion, it's just recording, not Looping and each recorded video is 4:55; 4 minutes 55 seconds. The motion detection activates on motion alone, so why is it recording? Another thing is that the time and date stamp is incorrect on the video. When I checked on details it states last modified 11/5/22 Do I have to format the sd card?

How did you get the disc to recognize the correct date and time. The manual suggests opening a Text.txt file but where is that? A video on doing this would be very helpful.
