We took about an hour, maybe an hour fifteen. However, we took our time, helped others out, and waited for our entire group before moving to the next obstacle. I saw another video of a guy completing it in ~12 minutes. I think an average time would be 30-40 minutes.

I did a 12km obstacle course today, one of the obstacles was crwaling through mud for 30 metres and having barbed wire 30-40cm above the ground, and also a 3m wall with no handholds or anything

Do you have any tips on training for this?

It doesn't make it easier, that's for sure, but it never really got in the way too much. On Slack City (slacklines) it would likely be easier to be able to be on your stomach for parts of it, but it wasn't terribly difficult. I'd say the positives of wearing it vastly outweighed the negatives.

awesome video! i'm doing alpha warrior san diego this weekend. did you have any problems w/ the chest mounted gopro getting in the way of any obstacles?

would u prefer a chest mount or head mount for tough mudder?
