Alpi Apuane - Monte Tambura 

28/05/2016 - Hiking to the top of Monte Tambura in Alpi Apuane natural park.
Tambura with his 1890 metres places itself as the third highest peak of Alpi Apuane.
This hike is a long and hard one but also a rewarding one, for the incredible views it offers to the hiker.
There are many other (much easier) ways to hike this mountain, but to me this is one of the most fascinating trails to get to the top.

(here you will find it is the second highest peak in the chain, but that is not actually accurate, it is the third after Pisanino and Cavallo).
