As a friend of someone on Ibrutinib for two years following an initial treatment of Rituximab, I appreciate your take. I've been wondering why SFN hasn't been studied more in relation to BTK interactions, but I guess there's little money to be made in that.

I think we need an equivalent outcome study design (which we don’t have statistical tools yet for) with a side effect burden analysis, this would increase options for patients who struggle more than the average patient with intolerable side effects. This could give patients and their doctors more options. Love to talk more about how to make this potentially possible.

*so if you see a signal you like (in real time), you can increase your sensitivity to that fx w a real time gr8ter sample size;* doesnt seem ok. just like excluding sicker pts or poisoning the control to dec toxic sfx signal by cf. can lean a lot of how to con from these, thx! (tho i doubt one would need to try as hard as these ppl do in most cases.) _JC
