People that really loved Part 1, despite of how they feel about Part 2, don't turn Joel into a golf ball or say that Abby is transgender. It's obvious that they've never played the game and are just fueled by something else.

Joel, Abby and Ellie all are similar in the way that they were bloody and don't trust people but then change to be more peaceful. Joel grew older and by that experience he have changed (that's why he helped abby). Abby was bloody and merciless, but what changed her is the journey with the kid (lev) that story changed her and made her merciful. Ellie also started to be bloody when Joel died and started killing blindly but after she lost Jessie, dina, and almost Tommy she knew that she is on the wrong path. Ellie didn't kill abby at the end because she saw lev which symbolizes (victims of their problems, the loss that that path causes, humanity). Pls inform if you knew that cuz many people don't.

to me the realism of these games SURPASSES all Zombie horror in general. Walking Dead, Resident Evil, etc. NOTHING can hold a candle to it.

Props to Cristina Hawke (and to her wife Jessica for stopping her from deleting the song)! It's a very moving and powerful song. The last chorus where "broken" is just implied and understood, even though it was unspoken, whispers VOLUMES. To put it all together with your editing, Dan, this is a very unique and beautiful work of art. I wish I could give it a thousand likes! Well done. P.S. Just subscribed to Cristina Hawke as well. It’s interesting to think about if Joel didn’t go out on their look out at the time they did. It opens up many other possibilities. To me, the first one that comes to mind for me is Abby somehow strong fire to Jackson. But then I remember that she could have died if Joel and Tommy didn’t save her. Would her group follow through with what she wanted? That’s just a food for thought man.

Hey, Phillip. I was browsing environment art (the highest res screenshots) posted by one of the Naughty Dog environment designers, and his capture of the palm trees and the burning house with the red sky just IMMEDIATELY reminded me in a FLASH of Ellie's old shirt. I was saving the visual idea for doing a video about Ellie's descent into darkness when I cam across Cristina's song, which has the lyrics "a t-shirt from another life". Even she was surprised when I sent her the WIP that showed that shot.

Compared to the RDR2 fanbase. TLOU2 fanbase is one of the most toxic communities I have ever seen. I mean... we have people here sending death threats to Neil Druckman and Laura Bailey just cuz she played Abby. I haven't heard any fans sending death threats to Micah's actor. And even if there are... only a little bit. Im not really tackling all of the fans but just... most of them. I really wish they stop bullying Neil Druckman now.
