hi, Dr Brown, not sure if you are still answering questions. Fasciculations 24/7 with mild cramps at times *the area of say a 50 cent piece in both calf muscles* but mostly just twitching (for 2 weeks now) is less likely als? thank you, mark (my neurologist says twitching is benign but wants to do an ecg?? probes inserted into the muscle next week. I know you can't make a diagnose, just asking about the fasciculations section of your slide. thank you

Hello Dr. Brown, i have had most of the ALS symptoms you mentioned. I have had many blood test and lumbar MRI. EMG was done on right hand and lower right leg. Neurologist said i do not have ALS. Would you ever give a definite negative? Thanks

I think the SMA treatment is Spinraza but it's like 125,000 dollars per injection. Insane amount of money.

No mention of lyme disease, weird. Lyme disease can look very similar to ALS.

I had a stroke and had Botox injections in my arm for spasticity, 10 years later. Then I developed PLS. It started in the arm where I had injections. Then I lost my speech. My swallowing hasn't been affected much, but I do drool sometimes. Botox is a neurotoxin. I would never recommend Botox to someone with MND.

That's so sad to hear you are still suffering from this same disease. Am feeling for you right now, I know of a doctor who can help you get rid of this. He also help me from this same disease, He can also help cure yours permanently

This was very educational until the part where you talk about pleasure feeding. The term diet doesn't just refer to weight loss, you know that. But surely you cannot expect them to put more toxins into their body like sugars, carbohydrate. Earlier you recognize that the incorrect break up of proteins could be a huge cause of ALS. Don't you think that part of treatment should be nutrition? This is literally the body attacking itself because it's confused about the nutrients it's receiving and going into overdrive survival mode which it cannot sustain, causing the breakdown. Why aggrivate the patient's situation by not addressing nutrition? And furthermore encouraging them to put junk into their system by saying it's ok. It just doesn't make sense at all and I'm sure it confusing the hell out of the body as well.
