Just for the future: *the link sword + damage right after* is the easiest way to take away all your powerups. The link sword overrides all powerups, and it only takes 1 hit to get small. This is used in a ton of troll levels to make sure you are small.

15:04 Just so you know, troll creators use the link sword as a way to get you back to small Mario. All the other power ups turn you into Super Mario and require you to get an extra damage hit after your I-Frames to turn into small Mario. The only two power ups that reduce you to small Mario are the Super Mushroom and the Link Sword. The mushroom doesn’t do anything if you have a Fire Flower or something, but the Link Sword does. Also, the Super Mushroom moves around so it’s harder to contain, unlike the Master Sword which stays in its place.

Dave, while I'm impressed that you know the word bituminous, your use is not quite correct. Bituminous is an adjective, not a noun, and it describes a certain type of coal (specifically, that containing bitumen, a.k.a., asphalt). You used the word as if it were a synonym for coal. Anyways...stay in school, kids.

The power-up switch puts a launcher into a clown car below the screen once you scroll it off the screen. When you hit the switch, a block crushes the super mario land flower, and a launcher shoots the SMB2 mushroom into its place.

I think the last pipe would have taken you to the pipe you can see when you get the goalpost, if you then would go back through the pipe you couldn’t get to the endpole and the boo is there so you can die...

Greetings, DGR- (Like this comment to help DGR to see this awesome level suggestion) I doubt you'll see this, but there's an uncleared DGR troll/puzzle-solving level in Mario Maker Wii U that I think you'll really like. The ID is 33FE-0000-041F-B573. The creator says to avoid any clouds at the beginning. They just provide a secret alternative route for players with no skills- such as the creator, myself. Otherwise I never would have been able to playcheck the level when uploading. Each part has been tested individually. Enjoy!

@DGR The Link power-up is used to make you small Mario. If you were to take damage as mega Mario you would turn into super Mario, but if you have a Link power-up, you turn into small Mario. That's why you sometimes get a link power-up when you're superball, or SMB2 Mario. Also, I played a really great troll level recently that I think you would enjoy. Incase Mr DGR hasn't learnt why the link suits keep leading into damage, the link suit overwrites all the other powerups, and forces you back to smol Mario, unlike all the others (besides super mario). It's just a state forcer, essentially

Fyi, troll creators use the link sword to immediately remove any power up u may have and instantly turn u back to small mario.

The link sword is because it only takes one damage instead of two times because you have a superball powerup

Never seen a level send you back to CP 1 and then instantly send you back to CP 2 and not make the ending a challenge to get to. Can't believe how many are dumb enough to fall for that combination.

You asked why link and then damage. It is a quick way to remove a level 2 power up.

There's a bit of genius in this level almost no one notices. 18:49 when entering this room, there is a hint in ice blocks saying to bring the superball powerup. When you go to the right to get the smb2 mush, a setup inserts an smb2 mush into those ice blocks, changing the hint. I wish it were more obvious, because it deserves the attention. It isnt the first time it's been done, but it is the first its been donr this way and so well.
